In that case, we need to check on these thoughts and emotions. They are a warning about the need of rebalance in us. That rebalance can be done through an "input" of some extra energy to help things flow. And from where we can get that extra energy?
Well, that's the moment when we talk about Reiki.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a technique rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui (Japan, 1865 - 1926) who elaborated its rules and has since then been transmitted from generation to generation.
It consists in a natural healing energy that is transmitted through the hands. Its name comes from the terms "rei", spirit or spiritual, and "ki", energy, so it's translated as Universal Life Force.
A channeling of this Universal Life Force is carried out towards the client's energy field, restoring and harmonizing its different systems, in a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

Closing of the Bones
Closing of the Bones (COTB) originated from cultures in South America, using cloths called rebozo to bind the physical body, traditionally used for women following childbirth, to nurture their body emotionally, spiritually and physically. This technique can be beneficial for any woman, regardless of whether or not she has given birth and how long ago, who wishes to energetically close a chapter in her life and to release unresolved emotions and trauma. Treatment includes lymphatic drainage and fascia release. COTB especially supports the integration and grounding process after a Sacral Somatics Therapy or Massage Treatment.
